Returns
- Items can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Certain items such as personal care products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
